About
Ian and Mike met while shooting portraits for a demanding client. Ian's technical skill, and Mike's creative energy created a rock-solid team with a diverse skill set that's more than apparent when they come together to capture the most moments of your wedding day.
Ian DeGraff
The son of a painter, the grandson of a Vogue fashion artist, Ian inherited a raw talent enviable by his peers, winning his first photo contest at age twelve. Growing up on the sets of commercial food-photographers, and eventually studying photography at University of Wisconsin, Ian brings a formal and rigorous dedication to image crafting. Ian comes from the school of photographers that believe that not only should a photograph be artistically beautiful but also evoke a knowledge of the subject while communicating the dreams, the hope, and the love of all present on this sacred occasion. Being prepared, relaxed, planned and thorough ensures that photographs will be the one thing on your day you will never have to worry about, and something you will cherish for a lifetime.
Mike Branski
A child of the digital revolution, Mike feels as comfortable in behind the lens of the most advanced digital cameras known to man as he does creating award-winning websites for Layer One Media. While many photographers stumble mixing art and technology, Mike is living proof that the two ideas aren't as oil and water as you may have heard. Mike's a fresh graduate of Madison Media Institude where he studied digital art and animation and kept up on current industry trends, bringing a newer, younger, and more interesting perspective to wedding photography. Mike has worked for The Pabst and Riverside Theaters, Poblocki Sign Company, numerous musicians, and has even freelanced for National Geographic. His contagious smile, positive attitude, and reckless disregard for "boring photography" has made him one of Milwaukee's most exciting, and sought after wedding photographers.
